Edinburgh’s Christmas Gifts for Tickets Campaign

Start the New Year with a treat for you, and a good deed for someone else, with our gifts for tickets campaign!
From 3 – 5 January, we’ll be offering half price tickets on all of our shows, rides and attractions in exchange for donations of unwanted Christmas gifts or non-perishable food for our chosen local charities.
A limited number of half price tickets will be available on booking in person at our box office drop off points when you bring along a donation of food or gifts. You can donate an extra or unwanted present in it’s original packaging to Waverley Care, or non-perishable food items for Trussell’s Trust at our box office drop off points.
Please take a moment to note the donations that are needed:
- Tinned fruit (400g)
- Tea bags
- UHT milk (1 litre)
- Sugar (1kg)
- Tinned meat
- Breakfast cereals
There are some things that Trussell's Trust already have enough of. Please do not donate:
Terms and Conditions:
Half price tickets are subject to availability
Half price tickets can only be purchased and used between 3 and 5 January.
Gifts must be new, and in their original packaging or with tags attached
If your donation does not meet the criteria, a half price ticket will not be exchanged.
Food donated must be non-perishable tinned and dried foods.
Tickets cannot be re-sold or exchanged for a cash alternative
Half price tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, concession or discount.
One gift or food item can be exchanged per ticket.
All other Edinburgh’s Christmas terms apply.
