This is a magnificent 6-storey Victorian townhouse, built in 1881 for the Brewer William McEwan. The Arthur Conan Doyle Centre is a resource for the community, providing a range of classes, including spiritual development, tai chi, pilates, yoga etc. We also offer therapies, such as reiki, massage and kinesiology and sittings by Mediums.
11.30am - One-hour talk: "Arthur Conan Doyle - The Spiritualist"
12.45pm - Guided tour of the building (approximately one hour)
Throughout the day, people will be able to explore the building for themselves and visit our Sherlock Holmes Tearoom. Staff will be on hand to provide further information. We also have a visitor guide book, which visitors can buy for £3.
